"Customer service was just okay"
They did end up helping me in the end, but it took way longer than I expected and I kept waiting around wondering what was going on, so while I appreciate that the issue got sorted out, the whole experience felt a bit slow and just okay overall.

"It was okay, but I felt a bit pressured"
My experience was fine overall, but the prices felt a little high for what I actually got. I also felt kind of pressured to go with it in the moment, which made me notice the value even more. Not bad, but I expected a bit more for the money.

"Convenient, but I feel dumb for trusting the hype"
emeraldfields.com was easy to find, and the location is convenient enough for me. Parking was just okay, definitely not great, and traffic around there can be a pain depending on when you go. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be as smooth or worthwhile as it seemed. If you’re already nearby, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it

"Nice spot, but something felt a little off"
The place has a decent vibe overall, and I can see why people like it. That said, it felt a bit cramped and busy when I was there, so I never fully settled in. Not bad, just something felt a little off.

"Not really what I thought it would be"
I ordered from here one time and it was disappointing. The product just felt kind of cheap, and it didn’t seem fresh to me at all. I was expecting something better, but it was not that. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

"Wait, what happened??"
The items showed as available, so I added them to my cart, and then they just disappeared at checkout?? Super annoying and a waste of time.

"Selection felt limited"
I was expecting a lot more to choose from, but the selection felt "limited." A bunch of the things I was looking for just weren’t there, and some of the categories seemed almost empty. It might work fine for other people, but I got frustrated quickly and ended up shopping somewhere else

"Helpful enough, but nobody seemed to own the issue"
The staff were nice and did help me in the end, but it felt like no one was really taking ownership of what was going on. A few answers sounded like guesses, and I had to ask the same thing more than once before getting any clarity. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating.

"Pickup took longer than I expected"
Checkout felt a bit slow, and pickup wasn’t much better. I was expecting it to be a quick in-and-out thing, but I ended up waiting around longer than I planned. The staff were fine, not rude or anything, but the whole process felt kind of unorganized. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “sorry for the delay, we’re working on improving pickup times,” which was nice to hear, but it didn’t really change the experience. Overall, it just wasn’t as smooth or fast as I hoped.

"Couldn’t Get the Deals to Work"
I tried using a few promo codes because I thought I was getting a decent deal, but every one I entered kept failing at checkout. I figured it might be something simple, so I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help and I never really got a clear answer. In the end, it just felt like a waste of time.

"My order was actually totally wrong"
I actually ended up getting the wrong items in my order, and I’m frustrated about it. Definitely not happy with the experience

"Frustrating online order"
I wasn’t really happy with my online ordering experience. The site felt confusing, the whole process took way longer than it should have, and by the end I was regretting using it. It also made me question the overall quality of the service if ordering is already this much of a hassle
